A family brought 19 guests to Ibiza in August to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary and a 60th birthday. Their base: a private finca in Santa Gertrudis. Their wish: enjoy the week together without having to manage the arrangements.
We coordinated arrivals from three cities, airport transfers, rental cars delivered to the finca and transport throughout the stay. Private chef service, a day aboard three boats to Formentera, massages at the finca and restaurant reservations across the island completed the programme.
For the celebration evening, we brought together a seafood dinner, anniversary cake, DJ and saxophone, a jamón cortador, flowers and cocktail service. At sunset, the family’s photographs became part of the setting, projected onto the walls of the finca through 3D mapping, which then illuminated the garden throughout the evening.
Guest numbers and plans evolved until the final days. We kept the bookings, suppliers and schedule aligned, with one point of contact for the family.
